Rarely we may wish to connect to your machine directly in order to see if we can identify a problem you are experiencing. In such a case we will direct you to this page and ask that you store and execute the following file on your workstation. Click on the TeamViewerQS link below.

We can connect to your workstation from our office

Call us at 866 263 4340 (ext 227 for Dan or 228 for Richard).

We will ask you to download and run the customer module, TeamViewer QuickSupport by clicking on the link above.

  1. Save it to your desktop or another location where you can save and access files.
  2. After the file has been saved click on it to execute the program.
  3. When the utility opens a window like this will be displayed.
  4. We will ask you for the ID and then the Password that is shown.

At that point our connection to your machine will be complete and we will be able to see exactly what you are seeing on your workstation and be able to help with your problem.
